Winter Wonderland finished

Good morning! I forgot to post this yesterday when I finished it. It is looking like Winter Wonderland here in Michigan. We are covered in snow and will be for awhile.

Today I get my second Covid Shot. I'm a little nervous as last month I got sick but not sure if it actually was from the shot or if I had a touch of the flue. Anyway I have crackers, 7-up and chicken noodle soup here if I do get sick.

Last post I posted about my friend Jann. She did move to heaven Wed. afternoon after a 2 month battle with brain cancer. She was ready and she had said she had been trained all her life to live with Jesus. Her family is accepting it fine, and are at peace.

Little Mya seems to be doing pretty good. Last night she was featured playing the Ukelele with the music teacher at the hospital. She started this round of chemo on Tuesday. After this round she will have her first lung surgery to remove the cancer if all goes well. (If her counts are up). So that should be sometime in April or May, depending on when this round ends which I think the end of March.

Well...Until next time Happy Stitching!

So sorry for your loss! I got my second vaccine shot a little over a week ago. Other than a little soreness and a small bruise, no problem!

If you don't mind my asking, what part of Michigan are you in? We're supposed to get some snow Monday and/or Tuesday also (I'm in Indiana, near Indianapolis) Stay warm and safe!

So sorry for your loss, I know how it feels I have lost two friends this year.
And to many loved ones over the last few years.
Love your stitching so pretty.
I had my Vaccine this week , so far I was ok.
Enjoy your stitching and stay warm.

Winter Wonderland looks lovely, much better than the real stuff!
Sorry to hear about your friend but at least it's better news about little Mya.

That poor girl. She has gone thru so much in such a short time. Will this be the last of the cancer? So sorry to hear about your friend, but as you say she is in heaven and there she can be comfortable with her Lord and Savior.

What a sweet finish, it looks great!
I'm sorry about your friend, but what a comfort to know where she is.
That's nice to hear about Mya playing her Ukulele, what a treat!

I have a problem. For some reason I can not post any thing new. My computer died so I got a new one and I'm just learning it. I go to Blogger but it has no place to sign in, I can come here by goggling but not do a new post, it's as if I'm a visitor not the one who started it.
Can anyone help??
