Anoth New Start and I've been tagged
I had to lay down the Owl as this square is actually due 2 weeks before the Owl besides I needed a break from the Owl. Maybe you can tell, this is another Endangered Young'uns, this is The Lion. It's going pretty good and I love doing it. It really is a nice break from The Owl. I have 2 more Endangered Young'uns to do maybe 3 or 4 more, depending on if we go with Noah's Ark theme for the quilt we are doing at Every Stitch Counts for Love Quilts. More on that when the time comes.
I got tagged by Teresa to say 7 wierd things about myself. So here it goes:
1) The older I get the pickier I am about food.
2) The older I get the more fearful I am of stupid things like crossing a busy highway even at the light, or getting on an elevator.
3) I do not drive.
4) I do not like Ice Cream
5) I do not like Steak
6) I love seeing the icicles melt away from the roof and deck.
7) I get excited to see the sun rise earlier each morning and go down later each night.
Well that's my seven things, I am certifiable I know. I'm not going to tag anyone but if you want to do your own list go ahead.
Well, until next time Happy Stitching!
Okay so #7

I really enjoy seeing your stitching. I also learned a lot about you, thanks for playing along.
How interesting - I was just talking to my mom this week about #2. I don't like driving on the freeways or after dark, for example. They make me irrationally anxious. Weird, huh? Glad I'm not the only one!
your progress looks great! I love the endangered younguns. I have wanted to make some of them up and make them into a quilt. YOur progress ont he caretaker is stunning!!! and i love all your other finishes as well! Happy stitching!
Nice start, this series has so many cute animals. As to your comment on the sun up and sun down timing, I totally agree, the more sun (and the longer it's daylight) the better I like it.

This, and your owl are going to be lovely, and I will enjoy seeing your progress and finishes. Keep up the good work!
Your little animals are lovely. I like to read your blog and see your new work. I just have one question...how do you keep your piece so organized...do you only do a row at a time or one color? I find it difficult to keep track of stitches on a big piece...I cross out the stitches I've done, but I'm really interested in how you proceed on each piece. Thank you, and keep up the beautiful stitching. Mary
