Sandcastles is finished!

I finished this earlier today.   I really did enjoy stitching this.  I love doing beach scenes.   This will go to Love Quilts.   They are doing a quilt called "A Walk on the Beach."  for future child.   I just am not real happy with the stitching on this, to me it looks sloppy.   I don't know.  Now I will go back to the Japan piece for a few days anyway.   I made a mistake on it so am going to have to frog quite a bit which makes me unhappy but oh well....

It has been cold and snowy the last few  So far we are not getting our January thull.   In fact for a while I couldn't open my deck window to get the icicles, now I finally can but they still are pretty long.   I get a thrill out of watching them melt.   Next week is suppose to warm up so I guess I'll have a big thrill then.  LOL.

Not much has happened to write about since I last posted so until next time.....Happy Stitching!

I think that Sandcastles looks great. I am positive that it will be much appreciated.

Us Southerners are freezing! We have anywhere between 3 and 7 inches of snow, and the high today is not supposed to make it to 20. Probably doesn't sound too bad to you, but for us it is horrible!!

What a sweet piece. It will make a wonderful addition to a Love Quilt.
